How many guests can the room hold?

The Restaurant Lounge holds up to 120 guests and the Sports Bar up to 70, with extra space on the garden patio on suitable days.

Is there a charge to hire the room?

Function room hire at WGC London is free, subject to a minimum spend on food and drink. Our events team will talk you through the options and tailor a quote.

Can you provide the food?

Catering is provided by the club, from finger food buffets and afternoon teas to seated meals. Menus are priced per person and tailored to your event. For insurance reasons we don't allow outside catering or self-catering.

Can we hold speeches or show a slideshow?

Yes. AV and presentation equipment are available, and our team can help with setup.

Can we bring decorations, music or a DJ?

Yes. Decorations, music and DJs are all welcome. They are arranged by the person booking, though our team is happy to help and advise.

Is there parking for our guests?

Visitor parking on site is limited. Overspill parking is available two doors down at Wanstead Cricket Club, and Wanstead station on the Central Line is a short walk away.

How far ahead do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least four weeks ahead, and up to three months ahead for weekend events. Final numbers, food choices and any balance are due 14 days before your event.
